Pumkkins for FHE tonight.

We finally carved our pumpkins. We didn't want to do it too early and have them rot. Preslee loved it. I was thinking about when we did it last year and I remember she was asleep while we did it last year. But now our big girl got to help and she had a great time.
We are not fancy pumpkin carvers. I always see those really detailed pumpkins around and I think. Yeah, I am not that into it nor do I want to take that much time on something when it is just going to rot. I know... Where's my Halloween spirit?

Matt was making her laugh so hard. He always does.

Matt carved the one on the right. I asked him that one was supposed to be me? He laughed and said 'no' but I think deep down inside he was thinking of me :). I have surely been moody lately. I blame it on being 35 weeks pregers.

The middle one was dropped on the floor and cracked. Oh well. At least the little miss that dropped it had a great time playing with it while it lasted.
My witch hat I bought at Target for 5 bucks. It was just a plain old thing and I wanted to spiff it up so I added my own decorations. I like how it turned out. I think it is fun. It reminds my of the fancy hats the British wear. I didn't want to be a scary witch so I though I'd go all out and just be wacky.

Family tid bits and Christmas card

I have completed our Christmas cards early this year and wanted to post a sneak peak. I figured since the Holidays are going to be so busy and all.... what with having a new baby and what not.... I should get as many things done as I can. I found that I LOVE editing photos and designing cards, invitations, and announcements. I have done a few things for friends not including my own stuff and I really enjoy creating. I wish I had another Family Christmas card to work on. I did get to design two Christmas cards. One for family and friends and the other for Matt's clients. This is ours this year.

Going to stay at Grandma's House

My mom once again was the best and watched Preslee while we went to Provo to the BYU /Utah State game. She loves watching Preslee and it is a real treat for her so she doesn't mind. Who wouldn't want to watch Preslee? We were going to be out so late so Matt and I just stayed at her house too when we got home.... at 2:30am.
But lets just say that packing to go was a longer process than it should have been. I would place items in the suitcase, go and get something else, and come back to it and everything would be taken out of the suitcase and placed on the floor.
She also loved sitting in the suitcase. She really made herself comfortable there. I found that it was easier to just place everything on my bed that we were going to pack and then, at the last minute, hurry and put it in the suitcase and zip it up, before any 'helping' hands could get to it.
P.S. We lost the game 3 to 6. It was like watching paint dry it was such an uneventful game. I wanted USU to beet the Y so so so so bad.

What I found it my purse just before we were leaving the house one day. She is just so good at putting things away where she sees her mommy put things.

Reading a book with dad. I had to take a picture. She loves books and she LOVES her daddy.

Matt watched the San Jose State game today on the computer. He was so excited about it!!!! Preslee copied just what her daddy was doing and cheered right along with him.

I wanted to buy a book shelf for Preslee's room and I wanted a corner one. I just could not find one that I liked enough so I just asked Matt to make me one. I think it turned out great. He is so talented. All I did was paint it. I would want him to teach me to make stuff like this but his Miter saw makes me nervous. I am even nervous watching him use it.... so I think I will just have to rely on him to cut everything for me. Her room is coming along really well. She has a cute comforter, Cute little baskets that hold her toys. It is a work in progress but it is just turning out so nice. Preslee loves it too I think. She hangs out in there most of the time when she is playing.

Homecoming (9/29/2012)

USU Homecoming was such a great day for me. I loved it. Such a fun family day.
We started our day going to the USU parade. Once again Preslee loved the parade and danced to all the music and charmed all the people throwing candy. We went with our friends the Dennings and Preslee and their little two.5 year old had such a great time together. He was such a cute friend. Making sure Preslee got candy too.
We then went home for nap time. I love nap times. That is the get ready time for me, or clean the house time, or craft time.
We then went to a fun tailgate party with the Millers and their family.

Preslee couldn't get enough of the balloons that we had hanging.

Getting some love from Grandma

Kisses from a new friend
There was a little girl and her family seated next to us at the parade and their little doggy loved Preslee and she loved him. She is in LOVE with dogs. She'll go right up to any dog. Which makes me nervous. She doesn't realize that not every dog is going to be as nice and patient as DK. This little doggy was a good boy.

I LOVE this picture. I even printed it and put it on our fridge. I cannot believe how big she is. She is so so beautiful. I just cannot get enough of her.

Going on a walk while we wait for the parade to start.

Homecoming Game
My mom and Rick stayed in Logan after the tailgate party to watch Preslee while we go to the game. We were so so grateful for them. We learned at the first home game that taking a toddler is not good. I hardly even looked at the field and nor did Matt. We were chasing her everywhere.

Coach Andersen had asked the Aggie fans the week before to wear white to the game. He wanted it to be a whiteout.

Matt and I always are posed the same when we get our picture take (arms around each other's shoulders smiling) So we thought we would do some things different.

I totally have him on the belly bump. No contest.

I love my man.

Oh and we won!!!! We played UNLV

Highlights of our family photo shoot today

I don't like my hair in my face but I can't be picky when Preslee is smiling and the D is looking forward.

For some reason Matt was blurry in this picture so I cut him out. I thought it was a good one of Pres and I.

Diaper shot. I love this picture so so much. I wish I had some bloomers on her or something. Oh well.

My sweet little miss
